It’s been a while since the last newsletter and so much has happened we’re keen to share with you:

Yum Cha at Home
A special class for those who enjoy eating Dim Sum in Chinese restaurants and wonder how they do it. The class covers four classics: Siu Mai, Spring Rolls, Rice Parcels in Lotus Leaf and Almond Tofu Jelly. All guaranteed to please! Next class 30 July. Japanese Beef and Pork
Living Cuisine brings to you four new dishes you’ll love. Despite their western origins, all have a distinctive Japanese pallet that makes them special for your home eating: Tonkatsu (deep-fried crumbled pork fillet), Nikujaka (home stew), Japanese style hamburger and Chawan-Mushi steamed egg custard. New venue
We are now conducting classes in exquisite new premises at the Sweet Greek in Oakleigh. This is a purpose built teaching kitchen, with excellent facilities while keeping a homely atmosphere. Not all classes are yet moved over to the new facility so please check your confirmation email for the correct venue if you have booked a class with Living Cuisine.
 
New staff
Living Cuisine welcomes Emma and Widya to our business They will be assisting Corona with the smooth running of each class, helping with food preparation and keeping the kitchen tidy while we cook. Please say hi to Emma and Widya when you next join a Living Cuisine class.

If you’ve enjoyed a Living Cuisine class, why not buy a gift voucher for family or friends to share the experience? Gift vouchers can be personalised for gifts, and would make a great present to the father of the family for Father’s Day. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase.
