Learning in a Living Cuisine cooking class takes the anxiety out of getting it right – so you can show off your skills and prepare tasty and delectable dim sum for your family and friends.
In this class you will learn 4 Yum Cha classics: - The class is completely hands-on so that you can get involved and understand every step of making dim sum. You’ll not only know how to make great dim sum for home or entertaining; you’ll also appreciate the chef’s work when you next go out for Yum Cha.
